One Main Place is a 20-story Class A office tower with 330,035 square feet of rentable area located at the corner of Main Street and First Avenue in downtown Portland, Oregon.  This property is at the Hawthorne Bridgehead and just one block from Riverfront Park.   

This is not only a premier downtown address but provides easy access to the city’s eastside and the Portland International airport.  The property is served by all Portland mass transit options including the new MAX orange route line.

Security & Life Safety

The One Main Place security staff is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  In addition, our security staff uses CCTV and direct inspection methods to monitor the lobby, freight elevators, and loading dock, as well as controlling after-hours access to the building. 

One Main Place is equipped with modern life safety systems to protect the tenants and the property.  The tenant areas of the building are fully sprinkled and comply with all City of Portland high-rise safety ordinances. 

Fire drills and safety training occur annually and upon request.  All tenants are asked to participate.  A tenant safety team that includes Fire Wardens, Assistant Fire Wardens, and floor monitors must by selected by each tenant for each suite or floor that is occupied. 

A building Emergency Safety Procedures Handbook is being developed and will be provided to each occupant.  If a problem arises after -hours, please call Building Security at 503.348.0689.  The Management office main phone number is 503.295.5555 during regular building hours.  In addition, Tenants have access to the Angus Anywhere work-order system to log in needs, issues or reserve building conference rooms.

One Main Place is closed on Sundays and the following holidays:

Authorized persons may enter the building at any time provided they have a valid card key or access fob.  All employees entering after 6:00 pm on weekdays or all day Saturday and Sunday must have after-hours access on their keycard or fob for building access.
